Dr. Sapna Taneja is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at J.C. Bose University of Science & Technology, YMCA, Faridabad. She holds a Ph.D. from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, and has qualified the UGC-NET with JRF. With over fifteen years of experience across industry, academia, and administration, she combines practical insight with academic expertise to create impactful learning experiences.
Beginning her career in the Human Resources department of the healthcare industry, Dr. Taneja developed a deep understanding of workforce dynamics, particularly the challenges of attracting, engaging, and retaining talent. Her academic interests span Performance Management, Organisational Justice, Employees’ Well-Being, and Psychological Safety. She has led an ICSSR-sponsored project on Gig Workers’ Well-Being and published in reputed national and international journals.
Proficient in SPSS and AMOS, she employs advanced analytical tools in her teaching and research. Alongside her academic responsibilities, she serves as the Vice Principal of the Community College and Skill Development Centre, and as Coordinator of the IPR, Innovation, and Incubation Division of the University. A passionate and forward-looking professional, Dr. Taneja remains dedicated to fostering innovation, skill development, and organizational excellence through education and research.
