Dr. Renu Aggarwal brings over 20 years of rich academic experience in the fields of Commerce and Management. She holds an M.Com. MBA, M.Phil., & Ph.D. and is qualified in the UGC-NET both Commerce and Management. Her core research interests lie in banking, insurance, financial inclusion, financial literacy, micro-enterprises, She has successfully completed a funded research project on Mobile Banking Adoption among Migrant Workers and is currently leading a project on Digital Financial Literacy. Dr. Aggarwal has over 35 research publications in peer-reviewed and indexed journals, including Scopus, ESCI, ABDC, and UGC-CARE. Her recent work focuses on insurance sector, customer engagement, MSME problems, Micro enterprises, counterfeit currency regulations, and the adoption of mobile banking technologies in India. She has co-authored a book on Financial Management for BBA and contributed chapters to edited volumes in her areas of specialization. Dr. Aggarwal has also served as a Convener of international and national conferences and FDPs. She is also Organizing Committee Member of workshops. She has also participated in numerous AICTE, NPTEL, IIT, SRCC, ATAL, UGC-sponsored, and inter-university FDPs refresher courses and summer school workshops. She has delivered several expert talks, guest lectures, and value-added courses for UG, PG, and MBA Executive programs on subjects such as Conscious Capitalism through Simulations, Holistic Development, and Effective Financial Statement Analysis. She has presented 50+research papers in various national and international conferences, receiving Best Paper Awards for her impactful research. She has also received excellence in research award from the university. Her academic contributions reflect a strong commitment to interdisciplinary scholarship, innovative pedagogy, and community engagement.
