Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA Faridabad (Haryana) (formerly
YMCA University of Science and Technology), has built a distinguished legacy of
knowledge, values, wisdom, and academic excellence. Over the years, it has
evolved into one of India’s leading universities, attracting outstanding
students from across the country and beyond.
The Department
of Environmental Sciences, established in 2018, is committed to fostering academic
rigor, innovation, and environmental stewardship. We strive to nurture
future-ready professionals through a multidisciplinary education in a dynamic,
inclusive, and innovative learning environment.
Currently,
the department offers a Postgraduate (M.Sc.) program and a Ph.D. program in
Environmental Sciences. Additionally, we support various academic departments —
including Engineering and Humanities — by delivering essential Environmental
Science courses at the undergraduate level.
Our
programs combine rigorous theoretical foundations while also prioritizing the
development of critical professional competencies such as analytical thinking,
effective communication, collaborative problem-solving, and leadership. The
curriculum emphasizes practical, real-world applications and includes industrial
training in the fourth semester, ensuring our students are industry-ready and
socially responsible. We strive to equip students with the skills and mindset
to innovate sustainable solutions.
We
